You will receive an Avenue Real Estate Group yard sign and directional signs to maximize your marketing to drive by traffic and local buyers.

Agent Scheduling and Feedback

You will receive Showing Solutions showing and feedback service to schedule showings and collect feedback about your home from other buyer agents.

Lockbox
You will receive a key lockbox to securely fasten to your door.  The lockbox will allow us to make a confirmed appointment and show your home to buyers while you are not at home. 

Express Showing Team
We realize that responding quickly to buyers is very important to selling a home. Our Express Showing Team is available 7 days per week to respond to buyer inquires, qualify potential buyers and show your home quickly. 

Marketing and MLS
Your home will receive the same MLS marketing that a traditional broker provides.  Your home will appear on local broker websites, REALTOR.com, Homes.com, Trulia.com and thousands of other real estate websites. 

Buyer Agents
All St. Louis REALTORS use the MLS to find homes for their buyer clients.  All area agents will be able to schedule showings and sell your home to their clients.  Buyer agents from other companies expect to be paid a commission upon closing.   We recommend you offer at least 2.5%-3.0%, but you only pay this if you accept an offer from a buyer with an agent.   If the buyer does not have an agent you will only pay our low fee at closing.
