Avenue, LC believes clients should know when Avenue or an Avenue-affiliated real estate licensee may receive compensation from a referral, own a service provider, work for another provider, or otherwise benefit financially from a client’s selection of a provider.
You are not required to use any provider listed on this page. You may select another qualified provider, subject to reasonable licensing, insurance, availability, property-protection, lender, lease, and management requirements.
AVENUE-AFFILIATED LICENSEES
Anthony Zamacona, Grant Cook, and Alan Millenbruck are independent-contractor real estate licensees affiliated with Avenue, LC for real estate brokerage activities. Their separately owned or affiliated businesses are independent from Avenue, LC. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Avenue does not own, operate, guarantee, or professionally supervise the services those outside businesses provide.

Relationship: Grant Cook, an Avenue-affiliated real estate licensee, is also a licensed mortgage professional working with Knox Mortgage, LLC and may benefit financially when mortgage services are used.
Client choice: You are not required to use Grant Cook or Knox Mortgage, LLC and may select another qualified lender or mortgage professional. Your selection of a lender will not affect the real estate services Avenue provides.
